American Edging delivers to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to all residential and commercial addresses across the United States.
We deliver across America, including major cities such as New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, San Jose, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Washington D.C., Boston, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans, and Detroit — and every city, town, and address in between.
At this time we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or internationally. If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery fees. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery to major metropolitan areas is typically at the faster end of this range.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at theteam@customersupport.care and we will investigate promptly.
A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's tracking system. If you experience any issues accessing your tracking information, contact our support team.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at theteam@customersupport.care and we will attempt to correct it before dispatch.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your American Edging purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return unused, unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for any returns so both parties can confirm receipt.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe). Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval.
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.
